1. Perform your facial  scrub  & cleansing steps to prepare your face for all the nutrient .

*some like to store them in refrigerator for the ice cold feel on your face*

2.  Lay back and relax with the mask  on your face for 20 -30 mins.

3. Thanks to MyBeautyDiary manufacturer  generousity  on it’s mask essence , you will find extra essense in the packets , dont waste it ! Rub it on your neck , hands .. (even leg?)

4. Gently Massage  excessive essence to help absorption.

5. Dont have to rinse.

6. Apply moisturizer/lotion, to maximize the effect.
